模具行业信息化集成与协同平台的体系研究

摘　　要：针对模具单件订货式的生产特点,提出构建模具设计与制造全生命周期过程的集成与协同管理平台.研究了模具设计制造上层的项目群计划与下层零件加工作业计划的有效集成,设计了模具行业信息化集成与协同平台,主要包括模具行业信息与过程交互平台、集成化的模具企业门户及客户关系管理系统、模具产品数据管理系统、项目群生产过程管理系统、模具制造执行系统和系统的集成数据中心,实现了行业平台与企业门户的集成、企业设计过程与制造过程的集成、模具设计数据与知识的集成.According to the characteristic of single piece order mode of mold product,a lifecycle process of integrated and collaborated management platform of mold design and manufacture was put forward.The effective integration of the project group and the part processing operation of mold design and manufacture were studied.A mold industry information integrated and collaboreted platform was designed,including an interactive platform integrated information and process of mold industry,a management system integrated mold enterprise portal and customer relationship,a mold product data management system,a project group production process management system,a mold manufacturing execution system,and a system integration data center.Industry platform and enterprise portal integration,design and product integration,mold design data and knowledge integration was realized.
