羧酸盐分子结构与钻井液性能的关系研究

摘  要:通过钻井液常规性能实验和抑制性实验,评价了不同类型的羧酸盐在钻井液中的性能,初步研究了羧酸盐在钻井液中的性能与金属离子类型、羧酸根链的长度以及分子上羧酸根数之间的关系。实验发现,羧酸盐的抑制性主要决定于金属离子类型,羧酸钠的抑制能力较弱,而羧酸钾则表现出较好的抑制性能;随着羧酸钾分子中羧酸根碳链长度的增加,抑制性增强;羧酸钾分子上羧酸根数越多,抑制性也越强。三元羧酸钾的抑制性强,饱和溶液密度高,价格便宜而且对环境无害,在钻井液中有一定的应用价值。In this paper, performances of carboxylate are evaluated in drilling fluid, also studied the relationship between the performances and types of metal ions, the number of carbon atoms and the number of carbon atoms is studied. The experimental results show that the inhibitive capability of carboxylate depends mainly on the type of metal ion, and the inhibitive capability of carboxylic potassium is better than carboxylic sodium, with more carbon atoms better inhibitive capability. The tricarboxylic potassium has some characteristics of good inhibitive capability, environmental friendly, saturated solution with high density, and compatible with conventional drilling fluid.
