新课标下粤北农村乡镇中小学体育现状调查研究

摘　　要：采用问卷调查法,对粤北山区11个县80所农村乡镇中小学体育师资、体育教学、场地器材、课外体育活动与竞赛等方面的现状进行调查,结果表明:粤北山区农村乡镇中学体育教师学历达标情况较好,但中小学体育教师数量不能满足教学的需要,职称层次偏低,工作量大,工资待遇低;体育课开设情况良好,但体育教学组织和教学质量较差;体育场地、器材严重短缺,限制了体育教学和课外体育活动的开展;早操与课间操的情况较差,但课外体育竞赛和课余体育训练开展较好.Through using the method of questionnaire,80 middle schools and primary schools of 11 counties in northern Guangdong were investigated.Analysis and research were made on the physical education teachers in northern Guangdong rural schools,the physical education teaching,sports grounds and equipment,physical activity and competition after school and so on.The results indicated that the teachers had necessary academic degrees in middle school,but the number can＇t meet the teaching demand and had relatively lower professional title,as well as large workload,poor payment;Physical education courses was good,however,the class organization and teaching quality were not good;Physical education grounds and equipment were serious shortage,which limited the development of the physical education teaching and physical activity after school;Morning exercises and exercises during breaks were not good,but sports competition and trainings were good.
