摘　　要：信息化时代的到来,信息技术迅速渗入各行各业,作为信息"收集者"的高校档案管理工作也随之进入了信息化建设的行列.高校档案管理信息化建设是档案工作适应学校和社会发展的客观要求和必然趋势.从高校档案管理信息化对当代高校建设和发展的意义和作用出发,针对其目前存在的不足,提出了优化高校档案管理模式、实现档案信息数字化、完善高校档案信息化管理标准和提高高校档案信息化管理队伍素质4个方面的解决措施.The coming of information era has led to the entrance of file management in schools of higher learning into the process of information construction,which becomes the inevitable trend to adapt school and social development.From the angle of its great significance and importance,with the purpose of dealing with the current shortcomings,some practical sollutions are mentioned,including optimizing the mode,realizing the digital information,standadizing the management and improving the personnel quality.
