运动教育模式在健美操教学中的运用研究

摘　　要：为了提高健美操教学的质量,通过对运动教育模式理论的分析研究,探讨在健美操教学中运用运动教育模式的可行性,并在健美操专项教学过程中进行了有益的实践和探索.This paper focus on the feasibility of using the sport education in aerobics teaching based on the analyze of the sport education model and the instructive practice in the teaching programme.Our intension is to improve the quality of the aerobics teaching and provide some usful and referenced informations for the other sport education programmes by the way of practice in the monomial teaching practice.
