摘　　要：近年来纳米结构陶瓷涂层材料得到了广泛应用.本文介绍了纳米结构陶瓷涂层材料的磨削特性,概述了工程陶瓷材料的磨削性能,对纳米结构陶瓷涂层精密磨削的材料去除机理进行了初步分析.In recent years,nano-structured ceramic coating material has been widely applied.This paper introduced its grinding characteristics,summaried the grinding performance of engineering ceramics.The material removal mechanism of nano-structured ceramic coating in precision grinding was also preliminary analyzed.
