王不留行合谷穴、三阴交穴按压预防过期妊娠的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨王不留行合谷穴、三阴交穴按压用于预防过期妊娠的有效性及安全性。方法将480例妊娠足月、单胎头位、胎膜未破、宫颈评分3分以下、无阴道分娩禁忌症者,随机分成两组,观察组孕妇在知情同意的情况下,用王不留行在合谷穴、三阴交穴按压,其中合谷穴采用向心方向滚动按压,三阴交穴采用远心方向滚动按压,意为补合谷泻三阴交,一日3次,每个穴位每次按压15～20min。结果观察组自然临产率95.00%,对照组自然临产率85.83%,两组有显著性差异。结论采用王不留行在合谷穴、三阴交穴按压对预防过期妊娠安全有效。Objective To explore the effectiveness and safety of Vaccaria Hoku,Sanyinjiao pressing for the prevention of prolonged pregnancy.Methods 480 cases with full-term pregnancy,single cephalic,membranes were not broken,cervical score 3 points or less and no contraindications for vaginal delivery,were randomly divided into two groups,the pregnant women in the experimental group with informed consent were treated with vaccaria in Hoku,Sanyinjiao press three times a day,every press each point for 15-20 minutes;which Hoku scroll by pressing the direction of the heart,Sanyinjiao scroll by pressing the distal direction,intended to complement Sanyinjiao Hegu diarrhea.Results The natural labor rate was 95.00% in the control group,85.83% was in natural labor,there was significant difference between the two groups.which has statistically difference.Conclusion Applging vaccaria seeds in the Hoku,Sanyinjiao press is safe and effective in the prevention of prolonged pregnancy 。
