摘 要:转子磁路结构直接影响自起动永磁同步电机的起动和稳态运行性能,同时也影响磁钢用量及电机的成本,需要慎重选择和设计。对采用V型、U型及混合型磁路结构的6极22 kW自起动永磁同步电机进行设计,用静态有限元法分别分析了电机的空载气隙磁场,并采用时步有限元方法对三种磁路结构电机的起动过程进行仿真,对比分析了不同转子结构对自起动永磁电机性能的影响。所得结论对不同应用场合的自起动永磁电机的设计具有一定参考价值。The starting and steady-state performances of line-start permanent magnet synchronous motor(LSPMSM) were influenced by rotor magnetic circuit structure directly,and the amount of permanent magnet and the cost of the motor were influenced as well.Consequently,the rotor magnetic circuit structure should be designed with deliberation.In order to choose appropriate magnetic circuit structure,a 6-pole 22 kW LSPMSM with V-shaped,U-shaped and hybrid-shaped rotor structure separately was designed.The no-load air-gap magnetic field was analyzed with static finite element method(FEM),and the starting process of motors with three different magnetic circuit structures was simulated respectively by using time-stepping FEM.The influence of different rotor structure on the performance of LSPMSM was analyzed comparatively,and some conclusions were drawn.The conclusions obtained were useful for the design of line-start PMSM in accordance with different practical situation.
