摘　　要：介绍了负荷分配的原理及设计方法,讨论了负荷分配设计过程中遇到的问题及解决办法,提出了在纸机传动系统中负荷分配设计的重要性,为避免纸机系统负荷分配不均的现象,提供了理论证明。介绍了ABB公司ACS800直接转矩控制变频器在2640/500多缸纸机负荷分配方面的应用,就通信、联锁、参数设置等问题进行了讨论。经实际运行,负荷分配效果良好,同时指出了在实际使用时还需注意的问题。The principle and design of load distribution method was described,the design process load distribu-tion problems and solutions were discussed,and made a description of a project of a paper machine carefully,the im-portance of design load distribution in the paper machine drive system was presented,in order to avoid uneven load distribution,a theoretical proof was provided.The application of ACS800’s DTC inverter in load distribution of 2640 /500 three fleeting multi-cylinder paper machine was introduced.The inverter’s communication,automatic in-terlock and parameter’setting were presented.The application in practice proved that the effect was effective.Mean-while the attentive matters in practice were also provided.
