摘　　要：经皮椎体成形术(PVP)是目前治疗脊柱骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折、椎体溶骨性骨转移瘤、骨髓瘤以及侵袭性血管瘤的一种外科方法,PVP有操作简单、疗效较快等优点。近年来,随着术者对PVP操作技术的掌握和熟练,以及手术器械的不断改进,临床报道的并发症较以前有所下降。目前PVP在临床中的相对适应证有扩大的趋势,但仍不可忽视手术的多种并发症。现就PVP的并发症及防治措施予以综述。Percutaneous vertebroplasty is surgical technique currently available for the treatment of vertebral compression fracture,osteolystic metastatic bone tumor,myeloma,and invasive angioma.This technique is superiority in its simple procedure and rapid effectiveness.In recent years,the improvement in surgeon＇s technique and modification in surgical instruments result in the reduction in reported complications.In current practice,the relative indications of percutaneous vertebroplasty tend to be extended,whereas the surgical complicated cannot be overlooked.This article reviews the surgical complications and preventive and therapeutic regimens of percutaneous vertebroplasty.
