摘　　要：气管疾病进行手术切除治疗存在长段切除后直接吻合困难等问题,而应用气管替代物重建气管是解决这一问题的有效方法。寻求理想的替代材料则成了国内外研究的重点,近年来的实验研究在气管替代物材料的选择和解决移植物重建血运、免疫反应、气管细胞再生等方面取得了很大进展,为临床应用提供了广阔的前景。现就气管重建外科的研究进展予以综述。It is difficult to perform a primary anastomosis when the trachea is massively resected.The tracheal reconstruction with tracheal prothesis is an effective measure to solve this problem.The studies on seeking optimal prosthesis materials are critical.In recent years,great progress has been achieved in prosthesis material,transplant revascularization,immune reaction,and tracheal cell regeneration.These efforts also bring a bright prospect to the clinical application.This article reviews the recent research progress in tracheal reconstruction.
