摘  要:许多病变组织和正常组织的灰阶图像特征相似而无法辨别显示,多普勒受信噪比的影响不易检测到小血管和低流量的血流信号。新型超声造影方法成功地开辟了全新的超声造影领域,通过动态观察造影剂对于组织的强化过程,可以有效地反映病变组织的血流动力学变化,并已成功地用于肝脏、肾脏良恶性肿瘤的鉴别;其中动静脉通过时间的测定有望成为评价肝肾移植脏器功能和鉴别肝肾疾病的一项新的指标。Some normal and abnormal tissues can′t be distinguished since their acoustic characteristics of gray-scale image are very similar to each other,and Doppler is also difficult to detect the small blood vessels and lower blood flow signal because of the influence of signal noise ratio.New contrast-enhanced ultrasound successfully opened up a whole new field,which can effectively reflect the hemodynamic changes of abnormal tissue through the dynamic observation of strengthening process of the organization with contrast agents,and also has been successfully used for liver and kidney tumors identification.Meanwhile,the detection of arteriovenous transit time also may become a new method using to evaluate the function of transplantation liver and kidney,and their tumors identification.
