摘　　要：目的分析比对不同生化分析仪测定血清钾钠氯的结果,探讨其相关性。方法用配套校准液校准美国强生VITROS 350干式,国产DSI 905和AU-1000 Olympus生化分析仪,使用精密度试验和比对试验方法并对实验结果进行统计分析。结果校准后不同生化分析仪间测定结果具有可比性和相关性,差异没有统计学意义。结论同一实验室应重视不同生化分析仪的日常校准和比对工作,保证结果的准确性和一致性。Objective Comparison of the results of chloride potassium and sodium determining in mixed serum by different biochemistry analyzers.To explore the correlation to the methods in the different biochemistry analyzers.MethodsVITROS 350,National DSI 905 and AU-1000 Olympus biochemistry analyzers were calibrated,then evaluated the precision,the linearity and the contrast test.Finally,the results were analyzed with statistics.ResultsThe results of the analyzers of calibration showed the good comparability and correlation,and statistical significance was less different obviously.ConclusionFor showing good accuracy and consistency in same laboratory,the calibration and contrast test for analyzers must be done well in routine work.
