血清白细胞介素17及白三烯B4在支气管哮喘患儿中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨支气管哮喘患儿血清中白细胞介素(IL)17、白三烯B4(LTB4)的水平。方法 60例急性发作期哮喘患儿,根据哮喘的程度分为轻、中、重度3个组(各20例),选择同期体检的健康儿童28例作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血清中IL-17、LTB4的水平。结果 60例急性发作期哮喘患儿IL-17及LTB4的平均水平均高于对照组(P<0.01)。不同程度的哮喘患儿IL-17及LTB4水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。直线相关分析表明,哮喘急性发作期患儿IL-17与LTB4的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论哮喘患儿IL-17与LTB4的水平均升高,其水平高低与病情严重程度有关。Objective To study the levels of serum interleukin 17（IL-17） and leukotrienes B4（LTB4） in children with bronchial asthma.MethodsSixty pediatric patients with acute asthmatic attack were randomly divided into mild,moderate and severe groups（n= 20）.The control group consisted of 28 healthy children.The levels of serum IL-17 and LTB4 were determined by using ELISA.ResultsThe levels of serum IL-17 and LTB4 in children with bronchial asthma were higher than those in the control group（P 0.01）.The levels of serum IL-17 and LTB4 were significantly different in patients with various severities（P 0.01）.The correlation analysis showed that the level of IL-17 was positively correlated to LTB4 in acute asthma attack（P 0.05）.ConclusionThe levels of serum IL-17 and LTB4 were increased in children with bronchial asthma,in a correlation with disease severity.
