摘 要:研究了球化退火和固溶+高温回火两种预热处理工艺对GCr15轴承钢淬火组织、硬度、冲击韧性和抗拉强度的影响.结果表明,两种预处理工艺都明显地细化了碳化物颗粒,其中经固溶+高温回火预处理的轴承钢具有较好的碳化物细化效果和细小晶粒的终处理组织,并获得了较高的硬度和抗拉强度值.在预处理都为球化退火工艺、终处理回火温度不同时,经较低回火温度(160℃)处理的轴承钢可获得良好的强韧性能.The effect of two preheat treatment technologies, spheroidizing annealing and solid solution hardening + high temperature tempering, on quenched structure, hardness, impact toughness and tensile strength of GCrl5 bearing steel was investigated in this paper. The results showed that the carbide particles were refined obviously by two kind of pretreatment technologies. Comparing with spheroidizing annealing technology, the finer carbide and finer grains structure for final heat treatment were obtained in the steel by the solid solution hardening + high temperature tempering technology, which brought about a higher hardness and strength value in the steel. In the condition that the same spheroidizing annealing technology is used in the pretreatment stage and the tempering temperature of the final treatment is different, a result could be achieved that a better combination in strength and toughness can be obtained at a low tempering temperature of 160℃.
