减少八钢2号高炉风口损坏的实践

摘　　要：八钢2号高炉由于焦炭强度下滑及设备故障无计划休风,炉缸工作不活,并伴随风口频繁烧损。通过洗炉、稳定煤气流措施使风口频繁烧损现象消除。The tuyeres were severely damaged because of low strength quality and Unplanned Long Time Blow-off of Bagang Steel＇s 2# BF,and conduction of activity of the hearth was influence.According to flushing furnace,stabilized BF Gas flow,phenomena of tuyeres damaged were removed.
