摘 要:质量主管是连接领导和职工的桥梁,在血站质量管理中处于承上启下的地位。质量主管应从质量培训、质量监督、质量审核、现场跟踪检查、质量目标管理激励约束机制、制度建设落实等方面,充分发挥组织、协调和监督功能,从而不断完善质量管理体系,提升采供血服务质量,促进血液质量的提高。Quality manager is a bridge connecting leaders and workers, at the nexus position in blood banks. In quality management of blood station, the quality manager should implement fully the organization, coordination and supervision functions from quality training, quality control, quality audit, on - site follow - up inspection, the quality target management incentive and restraint mechanisms, practice of institution, and other aspects, so as to continuously improve quality management system and improve quality of blood collection service, and promote continuous improvement of blood quality.
