摘　　要：患者知情意识和法律意识的提高,对医院的医疗服务质量水平提出更高的要求。阐述了如何利用医院信息化平台,开发和建立有效的监督评价系统,并通过严格的质量过程管理,发挥各系统的综合监督评价作用,提高了医疗服务水平。With the continuous improvement of social civilization, the patient g informed awareness and legal awareness is also rising, which required hospital to enhance the quality level of medical services. The paper described how to use of hospital information platform, the development and establishment of an effective supervision and appraisal system. Through strict quality process management and the comprehensive supervision and appraisal effect of various systems, health care service was improved.
