摘　　要：目的了解少数民族地区老年人健康服务需求状况,为制定相关措施提供参考。方法采用整群随机抽样的方法,对云南省罗平县的老年人进行入户问卷调查。用PASW Statistics 18.0统计软件进行分析处理。结果老年人选择到社区、街道卫生服务中心就诊仅占30.0%,将医疗水平作为选择就诊要考虑因素的响应比为30.9%,最希望得到的健康保健服务项目是自助呼救、健康实时监测、定期检查、健康教育、健康档案等。结论急需完善社区卫生服务体系以满足少数民族地区老年人较高的健康保健服务需求。Objective To understand health care service demand among elderly people in the minority area, and to provide reference for enacting relevant measure. Method Cluster random sampling method was used to conduct a household survey on the elderly in Luoping Country, Yunnan. Result Only 30.0% of the elderly people who felt mild diseases went to community health service center or street health service center. Medical skill was chosen as a primary consideration of medical institutions in 30.9% participants. The most wanted health care services were self - help first - aid, real time health monitoring, regular examination, health education, and health record. Conclusion It is urgent to improve the community health service system to meet the increasing demand of health care service among the elderly population in the minority area.
