摘　　要：为实现对氦氖激光器光束的扩束,通过对三组元变焦系统的分析,推导出变倍组、补偿组和固定组之间的移动的规律。利用ZEMAX光学设计软件对理论设计出的结果进行了验证,并设计优化出了扩束比为2×～12×的变焦扩束系统。最后通过ZEMAX光学设计软件对该系统的像差进行了优化,使其满足对像差的要求。从最后得到的系统可以得出:该系统结构简单、性能优良,是一种可以被实际应用的连续变倍的激光扩束系统。In order to achieve the expansion of the He-Ne laser beam,througing the analysis of the three elements zoom lens,the movement of the variator,fixed group and compensator are derived throughing the analysis of the three elements zoom lens.Using the optical design software,ZEMAX,the theoretical results are tested.And the zoom lens which have the magnification from 2？to 12？are designed.Using the optimization function of the ZEMAX,the aberration of the system can be satisfied.We could learm from the final resoult that the structure of this system is sinple.and superion in quality.It is a vavifocal Beam Expander systerm which could be used in practical application.
