智能气体泄漏超声检测方法研究

摘　　要：利用超声换能器阵列采集泄漏超声信号,采用C8051F120芯片作为检测设备的控制核心,开发了基于Lab-VIEW的泄漏信号分析软件。检测设备采用手持式设计,可以实现气体泄漏的巡检,并具有对泄漏信号进行后期软件处理的能力,能够对泄漏故障进行分析。Ultrasonic transducer array were used for colleting leakage ultrasound signal.With C8051F120 chip as signal processing chip and virtual instrument technology,we invented the signal analysis software about LabVIEW the leakaye LabVIEW.Testing equipment using handheld design can realize checking of the dischesing gas,it has the ability of software＇s post-processing to leakage signals,and analysising the leak fault.
