摘 要:海上油田进入中高含水期后,提液是油田稳定产量、保持高效开发的主要措施。大排量电泵(ESP)需要消耗大量的电能,并要增加更多的发电及控制设备;大量的产出水给污水处理、回注带来了更大的挑战,需要增加更多的污水处理及回注设备;设备的增加使平台进行不断地改造与扩建;此外,污水的排放对环境也带来了诸多负面影响。井下油水分离系统能使绝大部分水在井下直接分离并回注到地层,可有效减少污水的举升量、地面的处理量、回注量及排放量,对减少平台改造、降低能耗及成本、减轻环保压力、提高采油速度及采收率均具有重要意义。To increase liquid production is the main measure to stable oil production and maintain efficient development when the offshore oilfield is into the high water period.High duty electric submersible pump(ESP) need to consume a large amount of energy,add more power and control equipment;a lot of produced water to the waste water treatment,re-injection has brought greater challenges and add more equipment,sewage treatment and reinjection;devices in that the platform continue to transform and expand;in addition,the discharge of sewage on the environment has also brought many negative effects.Downhole oil-water separation system allows the direct separation of most of the water in the pit and re-injection into the ground,can effectively reduce the amount of sewage lift,ground handling capacity,rate of reinjection and discharge capacity,and transformation of the reducion platform,reduce energy consumption and costs,environmental pressure,improve oil recovery rate and recovery are important.
