摘　　要：在管线钢、高强度钢等超低硫钢冶炼过程中,通过转炉降低出钢硫含量、加强出钢过程脱氧,LF造高碱度还原性渣、选择合适的渣量、降低钢水氧化性、控制合适的钢液温度和保持良好的氩气搅拌等控制技术,使成品钢中硫含量小于0.003%。In smelting process of ultra-low sulfur steel,such as pipeline steel and high strength steel,some techniques are adopted such as reducing the sulfur content of steel tapping and intensifying deoxidization,high basicity slag reduction made by LF,choosing the appropriate amount of slag,reducing oxidation of liquid steel,controlling the temperature of liquid steel and maintaining good control of argon stirring,which makes the sulfur content of finished steel less than 0.003%.
