摘　　要：通过对棒材厂中型线蓄热式步进加热炉热测试方法的确定及计算结果,对棒材厂中型线加热炉的利用情况进行全面评价,充分了解加热炉的各项热工指标,改进加热炉的操作工艺和热工制度,指导生产操作,达到稳产高产、节能降耗的作用。This article introduces the determination of the test method about heat balance and its calculation process of the regenerative walking-beam heating furnace of medium-sized production line at Steel Bar Plant.It makes an assessment for the operation of heating furnace in order to provide the decisive evidence for optimization and make it reach high production,save energy and decrease the consumption.
