复力霉素防治家蚕细菌病的效果研究

摘　　要：复力霉素是一种新研制成功的对家蚕苏云金杆菌和灵菌细菌性疾病有明显治疗作用的新型蚕药。试验证明，在相同浓度下（２００ｍ ｇ／ Ｌ），复力霉素对苏云金杆菌的抑菌圈直径为２５５ｍ ｍ ，高于氯霉素和红霉素。对灵菌的抑菌圈直径为 １９３ｍ ｍ ，而氯霉素和红霉素对灵菌无效。复力霉素的药代动力学表明，复力霉素一般食下 ２０ｍ ｉｎ 后进入血液，８ｈ 血液抑菌圈达到最大值。２６ｈ 后血液中检测不到。Fulimycin is a new kind of silkworm drug,it has good effect on the bacterial disease of silkworms which were infected by bacillus thuringiensis and sapraemia.The result showed that,at the same concentration (200mg/mL) the diameter of inhibition zone of fulimycin was 25 5mm which was bigger than that of chlormycetin and erythromycin,meanwhile to sapraemia it was 19 3mm and the two later drugs showed no effect.The pharmacokinetic experiment showed that fulimycin apeared in blood after it had been taken 20mins.,the peak time was 8 hours and it was disapeared in blood after 26 hours.
