摘 要:通过对正铲液压挖掘机工作装置的机构进行分析研究,建立了正铲液压挖掘机各铰点、重心及斗齿尖的坐标,并进一步推导和建立了正铲液压挖掘机挖掘性能分析的力学模型.此外,首次提出了液压挖掘机挖掘性能的图谱叠加分析法(简称叠加法),在VB编程环境下编制了正铲液压挖掘机挖掘性能的图谱叠加分析软件.图谱叠加分析法是将每种工况下的11张挖掘图叠加在一张图谱上进行分析,更为直观、全面地反映挖掘机的挖掘性能.并以某X型正铲液压挖掘机为例,运用该软件对其挖掘性能进行了系统、全面、准确的分析,验证了本方法的正确性和有效性.Pertaining to the working device of hydraulic face-shovels, the coordinates of hinge points, gravity centers and bucket cutting tooth are established. Mterwards, a mechanical model for performance analysis is deduced and set up. In addition, the atlas overlay analysis, i. e. superposition method, is proposed for hydraulic face-shovel performance. Under VBTM programming environment, this method is applied by superposing eleven (11) images on a single image for one working condition. Therefore, this approach could reflect the digging performance more illustratively and comprehensively. Based on a case study on an X-type hydraulic face-shovel,a more systematic,comprehensive and accurate analysis could be completed to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the proposed method.
