摘  要:某电厂2080 t/h四角切圆锅炉长期存在着分隔屏过热器左右侧烟温偏差大、过热器超温、减温水量过大等问题。借助Fluent模拟软件平台,应用合理的模型和网格划分,模拟炉内的燃烧状况。计算结果表明改变上二次风G和消旋风的风速后,过量空气系数从1.2升至1.22,炉膛内火焰中心下移,残余的旋转动量减少。该锅炉实际运行结果证实,改变上二次风G和消旋风后,左右侧一级减温水量之比从2.85降低至2.55,分隔屏过热器从4个超温点减少至2个,减温水量从150.7 t/h降低至105.9 t/h,锅炉的安全性和经济性都得到了提高。Some problems exist in a 2080t/h tangentially fired pulverized-coal boiler such as the big flue gas temperature deviation in the left-right side for the planten-divided superheater,the superheater overtemperature,and the excessive desuperheating water flow.With the help of the simulation software Fluent,the combustion condition in the boiler is simulated by the application of the reasonable model and meshing.After changing the speed of the secondary air G and the over-fire air in the normal running condition,the excess air ratio rises from 1.2 to 1.22.The simulated results show that the furnace flame center moves down and the residual rotation is weakened.The practical results are consistent with simulated results.The ratio of the desuperheating water flow reduces for the left-right side from 2.85 to 2.55.The overtemperature points on the planten-divided superheater decrease from 4 to 2,and the excessive desuperheating water flow reduces to 105.9t/h from 150.7t/h.The safety and economy for the boiler is improved.
