摘 要:以陆地棉早熟品种百棉2号和遗传标准系TM-1形成的P1、P2、F1、B1、B2和F2 6个世代群体为材料,分别在我国的黄河流域棉区(环境Ⅰ)和北疆早熟棉区(环境Ⅱ)2个生态环境下,研究了陆地棉生育期及产量性状的主基因+多基因遗传规律。结果表明,除衣分在环境Ⅱ中未检测到主基因外,其他性状在2个环境中均检测到主基因的存在。生育期、皮棉产量、铃重和衣指在2个环境中的最适模型均相同,分别为E-0、D-2、E-3和B-1;籽棉产量、衣分、单株铃数和籽指在2个环境中的最适模型不同。各性状在2个环境中的遗传方式不完全一致,生育期、单株铃数、衣指和籽指均以主基因遗传为主或属典型的主基因遗传;籽棉产量、皮棉产量、铃重、衣分分别以主基因遗传为主或以多基因遗传为主。The major gene plus polygene genetic rules of growth period and yield traits were analyzed using six generations of earliness variety Baimian 2(P2) and genetic standard line TM-1(P1) in upland cotton(G.hirsutum L.),and their F1,B1,B2 and F2 grown in Yellow River Valley cotton area(environment Ⅰ) and early-mature cotton area of North Xinjiang(environment Ⅱ) in China.The results were as follows:Major genes for all traits were always detected in two environments except lint percentage,the ones for which were not detected in environment Ⅱ.The optimum models of some traits including growth period,lint yield,boll weight and lint index were always same in two environments,they were E-0,D-2,E-3 and B-1,respectively;whereas the optimum models of other traits such as seed yield,lint percentage,bolls per plant and seed index were different in two environments.The genetic types of each trait between two environments were not completely same.Growth period,bolls per plant,lint index and seed index were mainly controlled by major gene or belonged to typical major gene inheritance;seed yield,lint yield,boll weight and lint percentage were mainly controlled by major gene or polygene.Single-cross recombination or simple backcross should be adopted for the traits belonged to major gene inheritance or mainly controlled by major gene,and polymerization backcross or cumulating positive alleles through recurrent selection should be adopted for the traits mainly controlled by polygene.
