重复交配对雌性金州黑色标准水貂繁殖性能的影响

摘　　要：为建立完善的金州黑色标准水貂交配体系,选择性成熟的雌性和雄性金州黑色标准水貂,采用同一雄性的2次交配("1+1"、"1+7"或"1+8")、同一雄性3次交配("1+7+1"或"1+8+1")、不同雄性2次交配("A1+B7"或"A1+B8")和不同雄性3次交配("A1+A7+B1"、"A1+B7+B1"或"A1+B7+C1")等方法对发情雌性水貂进行交配后,观察其妊娠率、平均窝产仔数和平均窝产活仔数。结果表明:在发情后进行第1次交配后,若在第7天(1+7)或第8天(1+8)进行重复交配可提高其繁殖率,如果第2次交配后次日再进行第3次交配("1+7+1"或"1+8+1"),则可提高平均窝产仔数和平均窝产活仔数;采用不同雄性的重复交配并不影响金州黑色标准雌性水貂的妊娠率,当采用不同雄性3次重复交配时,可提高平均窝产仔数和平均窝产活仔数。In order to find the best mating system for Jinzhou Black Standard mink,this research selected the matured female and male Jinzhou Black Standard mink for mating and utilized the same male mink to mate two times（＂1＋1＂、＂1＋7＂ or ＂1＋8＂）and three times（＂1＋7＋1＂ or ＂1＋8＋1＂）;different males to mate two times（＂A1＋B7＂ or ＂1＋B8＂）and three times（＂A1＋A7＋B1＂、＂A1＋B7＋B1＂ or ＂A1＋B7＋C1＂）,and then compared the pregnancy rate,the mean litter number and the mean survival litter number.The results revealed that if the animals were mated on the 7d（1＋7）or the 8d（1＋8）again the reproduction rate could be improved after the first time mating;if mated for three times（＂1＋7＋1＂ or ＂1＋8＋1＂） the mean litter number and the mean survival litter number could be improved;the mean litter number and the mean survival litter number could be improved if mated for three times by different minks,and it did not influence the pregnancy rate when the male was different.
