摘　　要：针对我国现阶段村民自治中出现的参与困境问题,从正义运思出发,力图通过对社会正义的实施、正义理念的外在和内在诉求、和谐有序的正义目标的梳理和认识,寻求解决村民自治参与困境的可能性和可行性,为促进和完善我国村民自治进行尝试性的探索。Great difficulty arises in the participation in villager self-government at present. Therefore, the paper adopts a justice theory and expounds on the implementation of social justice, exterior and interior appeal of the justice concept and combing and understanding of the ultimate harmony and order of justice cause, and attempts to find the possible and flexible solution to the difficulty in participation in villager self-government and presents a tentative exploration of development and perfection of villager self-government.
