摘　　要：高校思想政治教育过程作为一个整体的、开放的生态系统。目前的现状是,不论是外在的还是内在的因素都存在着一定的危机,诸如市场经济的消极影响、民主政治的缓慢推进、多元文化的并存、高校内外环境不协调、高校内部教育目标理想化、内容僵化化、方法简单化、管理模式化等。通过对其生态现状的剖析,寻求高校思想政治教育对策,探询高校思想政治教育创新之路。As an integrated and open ecological system, ideological and political education in colleges and universities faces a risk of crisis both inside and outside at present, such as the negative influence of market ecor.omy, slow progress of democracy, coexistence of mulfieulture; incoordination of the internal and external environment of colleges and universities, and idealization of internal education goal in colleges and universities, fossilization of content, simplization of padagogy, proceduralization of administration. Based on the analysis of its current ecological situation, the paper tries to explore the countermeasures and the road of innovation to ideological and political education in colleges and universities.
