摘 要:目的了解鄱阳湖区易感地带学生血吸虫病防治健康教育现状,为进一步采取干预措施提供依据。方法对南昌血吸虫病易感地带梅池小学和鲤鱼洲小学三~六年级学生201名进行血吸虫病防治知识、信念、态度的问卷调查。结果学生认知现状总体上较好,整体平均分为9.17分,高年级(9.39分)高于低年级(8.22分,P<0.05)。在具体问题上,除"钉螺的外壳大小形状"和"预防血吸虫病最好办法"的正确率只有24.8%4,0.3%外,其余项目均较高;血吸虫病防治态度、信念的总体正确率分别为75.8%7、4.9%2,所小学也均较高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论易感地带学校需要加强血吸虫病健康教育干预活动,重点应放在知识体系的改善以及制定个性化的干预策略方面。ObjectiveTo understand education on schistosomiasis control among students at primary schools in susceptible areas in Poyang Lake region,and to provide the basis for the further research.MethodsA questionnaire survey was conducted among 201 students on knowledge,compliance and attitudes about schistosomiasis control.ResultsIn general,knowledge on schistosomiasis control among students was favorable as a whole,and average score of the students'knowledge about schistosomiasis was 9.17.The average score in higher-grade students was higher than that of lower-grade students(9.39 vs.8.22,P〈0.05).The correctness rate on each item was high except two of them: shape of the oncomelania and the best way to control schistosomiasis.The overall correctness rates for attitudes and beliefs on schistosomiasis control were 75.8% and 74.9%.ConclusionPrimary schools in susceptible areas need health-education intervention focused on the improvement of the knowledge structure formulating customized intervention strategies for health education.
