上海长宁区中小学男生外生殖器疾病患病情况

摘　　要：目的了解上海市长宁区中小学男生外生殖器发育及患病现状,为进一步做好上海市中小学男生生殖器官健康教育工作提供科学依据。方法整群抽取上海市长宁区43所学校9 706名小学一年级和五年级以及初一、高一男生,进行外生殖器检查。结果中小学男生外生殖器疾病总患病率为29.8%,其中包茎、包皮过长、包皮粘连及包皮垢、包皮口狭窄患病率分别为7.9%,8.5%,8.2%和4.4%,各年级学生患病率差异均有统计学意义。检出隐匿性阴茎16人,精索静脉曲张8人,斜疝5人,隐睾10人,尿道下裂2人,发育迟缓3人,克氏症原发性小睾丸症1人。结论长宁区中小学男生外生殖器疾患情况不容乐观。应对家长进行有效的健康教育及合理引导。ObjectiveTo investigate the epidemic of external genital diseases among 9 706 male students in Changning district of Shanghai,and to provide scientific evidence for school-based male reproduction education in Shanghai.MethodsA total of 9 706 male students in 4 grades（grade one,five,seven,ten） from 43 schools in Changning District were examined.ResultsTotal incidence rate was 29.8%,the incidence rate of phimosis,redundant prepuce,foreskin conglutination and sebum praeputiale,foreskin narrow were 7.9%,8.5%,8.2% and 4.4%,respectively.There were statistical differences among grades.There were 16 students who were suffering hiding penis,varicocele（8students）,hernia（5 students）,cryptorchidism（10 students）,hypospadias（2 students）,stunt（3 students）,Klinefelter＇s syndrome（1 students）.ConclusionThe incidence rate of phimosis and redundant prepuce are high in Changning District in Shanghai.Effective health education and rational lead should be made for the parents.
