摘 要:为研究贵州喀斯特废弃煤矿区土壤中重金属的污染特征及其对农业生态系统的潜在危害,对煤砷含量较高的贵州兴仁县下山镇小尖山某废弃煤矿区内土壤中Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd等重金属和As含量及土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶4种酶活性进行了分析,并运用相关分析和线性回归分析方法探讨了矿区土壤重金属污染与土壤脲酶、蔗糖酶、酸性磷酸酶和过氧化氢酶活性之间的关系。结果表明,矿区土壤已受到不同程度重金属污染,且受Cu污染较严重;土壤酸性磷酸酶活性和土壤脲酶活性均随pH降低而受到抑制。除土壤酸性磷酸酶活性外,其余3种酶活性均随着土壤有机质含量降低而受到抑制,Zn和As是影响土壤酸性磷酸酶活性的主要因素,Pb、Zn和Cu是影响土壤蔗糖酶活性的主要因素,Cd是影响土壤脲酶活性的主要因素。The concentration of heavy metals such as Cu,Pb,Zn,Cd and As and soil enzyme activities(soil urease,invertase,acid phosphatase and catalase) in soil of an abandoned coal mining area in Xiashan town,Xingren county of Guizhou province were analyzed,and the relationship between heavy metal pollution in mining areas and soil urease,invertase,acid phosphatase and catalase activity were analyzed by using correlation analysis and linear regression analysis method to investigate the contamination features of soil and the potential ecological risk of agricultural ecosystem around the coal mine in Karst area.The results showed that the mine has been subject to different levels of soil heavy metals pollution to different degrees,especially of Cu;soil acid phosphatase and urease activity was inhibited by pH to some extent.The enzyme activities are subject to organic matter content in soil except soil acid phosphatase activity.Zn and As were the main factors effecting the soil acid phosphatase activity,Pb,Zn,and Cu were the main factors effecting the soil invertase activity,Cd was the main factor effecting the urease activity.
