摘　　要：KCY455丢手可取封隔器是一种针对常规工具的不足而研制的新型丢手可取封隔器,设计上采用了双向卡瓦锚定,防中途坐封结构及特殊的解封结构,具有坐封稳定、密封可靠、打捞方便等优点。可用于油井压裂、采油、隔水等作业,与其它工具配套可组成多种作业工艺。现场应用42井次,施工合格率100%,打捞19井次,打捞成功率100%。KCY455 is a new type of back-off packer,with the advantages of stable setting,reliable sealing,and easy fishing by using the structures of bidirectional slips anchor,anti half-setting and special releasing construction.It can be used in oil well fracturing,oil production,water insulation etc.,and can form various operation technologies with others matching tools.Up to now,filed application results showed that the operation qualification rate reach to 100% in 42 wells and fishing was 19 well-times with qualification rate reaching to 100%.
