摘　　要：随着川西须家河组致密砂岩气藏勘探开发的不断深入,所遇到的井下事故难题也逐渐显现,常规的打捞工具已经不能满足目前需要。螺旋导向可退式捞矛是使线状或不规则遮盖物在其轴向力的情况下产生径向力使遮盖物向四周分散开,顺利进入鱼腔内孔打捞落鱼,它既可穿透线状遮盖物的阻碍,如存在大量不规则线状落物的情况下也可搅动线状落物使线状落物捆绑在螺旋导向可退式捞矛上使线状落物被带出,也可按其不同的作业要求与安全接头、上击器、加速器、管子割刀、套铣筒等组合使用。文章详细介绍了特殊打捞插钩与螺旋导向可退式捞矛的结构与操作要领及现场应用情况。新工具的诞生解决了复杂井况下修井打捞问题。With the exploration and development of the tight sandstone gas reservoir in western Sichuan Xujiahe Formation,conventional fishing tool can't meet the requirements of drilling operation.Screw releasing spear can enter into the fish easily and penetrate through the hamper,through agitating,the linear fish is bound on rotary releasing spear,then carried over.According to different operation requirement,the screw releasing spear can be applied together with safety joint,top jar,accelerator,pipe cutter knife,section mill cutter etc.This paper presented in detail the structure,operating procedure and field application of special fishing hook and screw plug type fishing spear-oriented retreat.The new tool solved complex workover fishing problem.
