摘 要:由于泌304区块地层结构成熟度低,岩性较疏松,钻井过程中出现场井壁不稳定、漏失和油气层损害严重等问题,结合该区块两口水井钻遇储层特点和钻井工艺要求开展了水平井钻井完井液技术研究。研究结果表明,以FST-Ⅱ主处理剂复配形成的混油防塌非渗透钻井完井液体系流变性、润滑性好,封堵承压能力强(形成膜可承压16~26 MPa),渗透率恢复值高(92%~93.33%)。应用效果表明,两口未出现井下复杂故障,井壁稳定,钻井施工顺利,油层保护效果好,安平1井初始日产油30.9 t,安平2井初始日产油25.7 t,达到了水平井预期效果。According to the features of Block B304,the drilling/completion fluid technologies suited for block B304 were studied.The oil emulsion anti-sloughing impermeable drilling/ completion fluid system were developed by taking FST-Ⅱ as main treating compound.The research results showed that the system had good rheological property and lubricating ability,strong sealing and loading capacity.The membrane formed can bearing pressure 16~26MPa and return permeability is up to 92.00%~93.33%.The flied application results showed that the system has better rheology behavior,the wall is steady,drilling operation is favorable,the effect of reservoir protection is better,the initial oil-producing per day in Anping 1 well is 30.9t,and Anping 2 well is 25.7t.
