摘 要:针对南堡油田上部玄武岩井壁不稳定、易塌易漏和东一段储层保护难度大的现状,开展了低自由水钻井液研究。室内研究表明,当水溶液中加入1.0%自由水络合剂HXY,自由水含量仅为18.7%,CST的测定结果达到8 920 s,远高于同样加量的包被剂、降滤失剂及盐类的CST值;0.3%辅助络合剂HXF和2%降滤失剂HFL对1.2%自由水络合剂HXY有协调作用,加入后CST值达到16 500 s;润湿转相剂HWR引入解决了低自由水钻井液流动性和低滤失之间的矛盾;现场应用表明构建的低自由水钻井液体系在抗温性、抗污染能力、抑制性、润滑性和油层保护等方面能够满足南堡油田保护储层和提高机械钻速的需要,该技术为南堡油田整体高效开发提供了技术支持。Aimed to problems of upside basalt wellbore instability,easy collapse and leakage,a novel low free water drilling fluid was developed.Study in laboratory indicated that free water content is only 18.7% and CST is 8920s in the solution of 1.0% free water complexing agent HXY,this CST value is higher than same content of peridium agent and fluid loss additive.When 0.3% supplementary complexing agent HXF and 2% fluid loss additive HFL were added into the 1.2% free water complexing agent HXY,the CST was high up 16500s.After adding wetting transition agent HWR,the contradiction between flowability and low filter loss in low free water drilling fluid was solved.The field application indicated that the drilling fluid system could meet the need of Nanpu oilfield development,such as increasing ROP and protecting reservoir.
