2型糖尿病心率变异分析研究

摘　　要：为探讨心率变异（ＨＲＶ）对早期发现糖尿病心脏植物神经病变的意义，我们对４２例２型糖尿病人和３０例健康人进行２４小时动态心电图记录，分析比较，结果显示２型糖尿病组的ＳＤＮＮ、ＳＤＡＮＮ、ＳＤＮＮｉｎ－ｄｅｘ、ｒＭＳＳＤ、ＰＮ５０较正常对照组均显著降低（Ｐ＜０．０１），提示２型糖尿病组的心脏植物神经功能失调。To discuss the significance of HRV on early discovery of diabetic hearts plant neuropathy, we made record of 24/hr dynamic electrocardiogram of 42 cases type 2 diabetes mellitus patients and 30 healthy persons (control group) The results showed that SDNNSDANNSDNNindexrMSSDPN50 in type 2 diabetes mellitus were much lower than those in the normal control group (P<001) It suggests that there exists the function disorder of hearts plant neuropathy in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients\= \ \
