摘　　要：检测了３５例支气管哮喘患儿外周血免疫球蛋白及Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，并且与正常同龄儿对照，结果显示：支气管哮喘患儿外周血免疫球蛋白与正常组相比较无明显差异，但均值稍高；Ｔ细胞亚群普遍异常，但改变并非完全一致，因此在哮喘治疗时有必要使用免疫调节剂，而全身使用糖皮质激素则因人而异。\ Immnuoglobulin and T-leukomonocyte-subgroup in blood of 35 case of bronchial asthma were examined compared with that in healthy childern The results showed that there are no significant difference in blood immunoglobulin between patients and healthy childern, T-leukomonocyte-subgroup of the patients is abnormal generally, but the change is discordant, suggesting immunoregulator is essential to treatment of bronchial asthma, while the use of glucocorticoid in the whole body to the bronchial asthma must be different to everyone\=\ \
