摘 要:以管式电阻炉为控制对象对温度控制进行研究。管式电阻炉温度控制具有非线性、大滞后、大惯性、不确定性等特点,难以对其建立精确的数学模型,常规PID算法难以取得良好的控制效果。因此,设计一个控制精度高、运行稳定的电阻炉温度测量控制系统具有一定的应用价值。本系统以ADAM-5000系列模块为硬件核心元件,采用模糊自整定PID参数控制算法,设计一种新型的温度测控实验系统,使其具有系统结构简单、控制算法先进、系统性能优良等优点。阐述了温控系统的硬件设计、软件设计和控制算法设计。Based on the tubular resistance furnace, temperature control was studied in this thesis. As the control of tubular resistance furnace temperature has nonlinear,large time-delay,large inertia, and uncertainty, etc,.it is difficult to establish precise mathematical model for it. Conventional PID control can not achieve good control effect. Therefore,the design of a high control accuracy and stable operation of the resistance furnace temperature control system has certain practical value. In this system, using ADAM-5000 series module for hardware core components, using fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm, a new kind of temperature measurement and control system was designed, which is simple in structure of control system, uses advanced algorithm with excellent performance. The temperature control system hardware design, software design and the control algorithm design were described.
