摘　　要：介绍了我国国民经济体制改革后,毕业实习教学环节在落实和实施过程中遇到的困难和解决的方法,着重介绍了实习基地的建设和多样化的实习形式。实践证明,采用全新理念探索出的实习形式克服了以往经常出现的企业纯粹作奉献,把接待实习当作包袱的现象,从而在真正意义上实现了学校和企业双赢。The difficulty of implementation of undergraduate practice and the solution to it occurred during the reformation of the economic system were introduced. The construction of practice base and the diverse practice form are highlighted. Traditional practice over depended on enterprise＇ s devotion, and practice was always regarded as encumbrance. It is proved that the new style practice overcomes all the shortage mentioned above and realizes the double win of school and enterprise.
