白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)感染淡水枝角类的初步研究

摘　　要：采用WSSV发病对虾组织碎块投喂、WSSV粗提液投浸、WSSV粗提液浸泡过的金黄色葡萄球菌和酵母菌投喂对淡水枝角类进行白斑综合征病毒(WSSV)攻毒,然后将攻毒前后的淡水枝角类进行PCR检测。结果表明,投喂WSSV粗提液浸泡过的金黄色葡萄球菌可以感染淡水枝角类。By the fragment of sicken prawn feeding,crude extracts of white spot syndrome virus（WSSV）soaking,Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach and Saccharomyces which were soaked by crude extracts of WSSV feeding,the freshwater cladocera was poisoned by WSSV.Then WSSV was detected by polymerase chain reaction（PCR） before and after poisoning freshwater cladocera.The results show that the freshwater cladocera could be infected through feeding Staphyloccocus aureus Rosenbach by the crude extracts of WSSV soaked.
