摘　　要：根据灵石煤矿多年来多个综采工作面的实践,总结出了提高综采工作面单产的方法,包括合理地安排劳动组织和作业形式、以采煤为中心统一安排各工序、搞好各生产环节之间的配合等。Based on the years of experience in Linshi mine, the author summarizes a method to increase the output, including the rational arrangement of labor organization and operation form, the unification of every process, and the cooperation of every link in the production chain.
