摘　　要：由于粉煤灰过去湿排堆放,造成现在环境污染。如何利用现有湿粉煤灰变废为宝,因其自身吸水性强、湿度大、容重轻等特性,因此普通回转烘干机烘干效果差,通过设备技术改造后将大幅度提高烘干机产量,降低能耗,既处理了粉煤灰资源利用问题,又解决了粉煤灰烘干成本高的难题。As coal powder ash is generally put outside with much moisture in the past, it has caused serious environmental pollution. At present, how to make great use of coal ash and turn it into useful resource is the industrial focus. Due to the high moisture content, heavy water absorptivity and other features of coal ash, the common rotary dryer can not reach the expected and reasonable effects. Through many years of research and practice, the new type reformed dryer can greatly increase the production capacity and reduce energy consumption so as to effectively use coal ash resource and lower drying cost.
