摘　　要：村镇规划和农村的住宅建设是新农村建设的重要组成部分。分析了新农村建设中村镇规划和农村住宅建设存在的主要问题,提出了解决的方案:按可持续发展的原则进行村镇规划和农村住宅建设。The rural planning and housing construction is an important part of the new rural construction program. The paper makes an analysis of the main problems about the rural planning and housing construction during the process of new rural constructing and proposes the solution to the problems. It’s that rural planning and housing construction must be based on the principle of sustainable development.
