摘 要:目的探索儿童血液性疾病发生的环境危险因素,为该地区儿童血液性疾病的防治提供依据。方法采用病例对照的流行病学研究方法,对73例血液性疾病患儿及73例对照儿童父母问卷调查一般情况和可能的危险因素,通过Logistic回归模型进行单因素和多因素分析,计算比值比,估计各危险因素与儿童血液性疾病的关联强度。结果所调查的因素中共筛选出12项与血液性疾病发病有关的环境危险因素,其中4项(室内经常使用杀虫剂、母亲孕期化肥农药接触史、家庭是否装修、居住环境电离辐射)在多因素回归仍有显著意义。结论儿童血液性疾病的发生是多种因素共同作用的结果,在当地针对上述因素进行预防可降低儿童血液性疾病发生的危险性。Objective To study the environmental risk factors of childhood blood diseases,so as to provide scientific basis for making preventive measures of childhood blood diseases.Methods In this case-control study,73 blood diseases and 73 healthy children's parents were investigated by means of a questionnaire on the general data and potential risk factors.Univariate and multivariate Logistic regression analysis was conducted,and odds ratio(OR) and 95% confidence interval(CI) were calculated so as to evaluate the association of the factors in childhood.Results In the univariate logistic analysis,12 environmental factors were the statistically significant risk factors of childhood blood diseases.Multivariate logistic analysis also revealed that biocide exposure,maternal exposure to chemicals before pregnancy and /or during pregnancy paternal alcohol exposure,history of decoration of living room,and radiation around residence were the risk factors.Conclusion The childhood blood diseases are associated with multiple factors.Making preventive measures based on the environmental risk factors can low the childhood blood diseases incidence rate.
