加强地方文化中的文化态度层面研究——以永定河文化研究为例

摘　　要：为探讨解决问题之途径,可以将地方文化分为三个层面:即文化资源层面、文化态度层面和文化实际工作层面。在目前的实际情况下,更需要加强的是处于中间环节的文化态度这个层面,只有这样,才能解决地方文化遗产中哪些一定要保,以什么形式保,哪些可以不保,哪些不要保,以及对某些地方文化如何赋予新的功能与如何创新等问题。以永定河文化研究为例,同样存在地方文化在保护、传承中所遇到的种种问题,而解决这些问题的出路离不开加强对其中文化态度层面的工作。The Yongdinghe culture enjoys its regional characteristics,its local color,and its heritage values.The local culture can be explored at the following three levels： cultural resources,cultural attitude,and practical cultural work.At present,the level of cultural attitude should first of all be reinforced,so as to solve the problems concerning what local culture should be preserved,how to preserve local culture,and how to make best use of it and give it a new life.
