摘　　要：针对我国磷肥工业污染物防治技术的进步和国家对环境保护的严格要求,国家环境保护部科技标准司提出了修订《磷肥工业水污染物排放标准》。介绍了新标准的适用范围、体系结构、主要修订内容和水污染物排放控制要求,并与国外相关标准对比,认为修订后的新标准指标值宽严得当、便于实施,推动了磷肥行业可持续发展。Based on the progress of controlling technology for pollutants of phosphate fertilizer industry in China and strict requirements for environmental protection required by the state,the scientific & technical standard division of State Environmental Protection Ministry of China proposes to amend the discharge standard of water pollutants for phosphate fertilizer industry.The applied scope,system structure,main amending contents and discharge control requirements for water pollutants of new standard are oudined;Comparing with the foreign standards concerned,it is thought that after the revision of standard,the index values of new standard is proper and convenient to implement,which will promote the sustainable development of phosphate fertilizer industry in China.
