摘　　要：对国内磷肥生产企业中磷酸浓缩使用的石墨换热器十多年来的运行情况进行了调查,针对一些典型事例,并结合一些单位的使用经验和教训,对运行中发生的主要故障原因进行了分析和研究,从磷酸生产工艺、操作、清洗和设计配套方面提出若干改进意见。The survey are conducted for the graphite heat exchanger with more than ten years operation of phosphoric acid concentration used in the phosphate fertilizer plants in China;based on the typical examples,with reference to the operation experience and lessons from some plants,the main failures occurred in the operation are analyzed and studied,and some improving suggestions are proposed with respect to phosphoric acid production process, operation,cleaning and design supporting etc..
